You will be responsible for developing electroplating technology. As a core member of our new business, you will lead the plating process and product development plan from formulation to execution, contributing to strengthening our competitiveness in the global market through high-quality products. <Major Duties> - Develop and improve electroplating processes for semiconductors and electronic components - Launch new businesses, including formulating development plans, considering necessary personnel, and building production systems - Developed products will be rolled out globally in collaboration with our headquarters in China * An environment where you can utilize your specialized knowledge and experience and work with discretion [Recruitment Background] To launch a new business [Organizational Structure] Osaka Office: 3 people (Engineers) Tokyo Office: 2 people |
