You will be responsible for the development of dicing tape. As a core member of this new business, you will lead development plans from formulation to execution, contributing to strengthening our competitiveness in the global market through the development of high-quality products. <Major Duties> - Develop and manufacture tape used in the dicing process, which separates semiconductor wafers into individual chips. - Launch new businesses, including formulating development plans, considering necessary personnel, and building production systems. *Developed products are planned for global expansion in collaboration with our headquarters in China. *This position allows you to utilize your specialized knowledge and experience and work with discretion.
