[Specific Job Duties]
To strengthen our APAC team, we are looking for a bilingual engineer with both technical and customer-facing skills. You will serve as a "technical hub" between our customers and the R&D team, contributing to product localization and quality improvement.

★Technical Support: Assist with software installation, troubleshooting, and responding to technical inquiries.
★Pre-sales and after-sales service: Technical follow-up on customer projects (especially in the areas of mechanical design and 3D printing).
★License management: Managing contract renewals, extensions, and software updates for existing users.
★Marketing support: Promoting solutions by participating in exhibitions, webinars, and live demos.
★Content creation: Creating and coordinating technical documents, presentations, and demo materials for APAC in collaboration with the sales team.
★Feedback for product development: Communicating customer feedback to the R&D team and contributing to product development.

Requirements		 [Application Requirements]
■ Bachelor's degree (or higher) in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, IT, or a related field
■ Fluency or higher in English and Japanese
■ Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a multicultural environment.

[Preferred Qualifications]
■ Knowledge of CAD software and 3D data formats (e.g., STEP, CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, JT) is a plus.
■ Knowledge of 3D printing/additive manufacturing is a plus.
■ Strong communication and presentation skills.
■ Chinese, Korean, or other language proficiency is a plus.
