■Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM *Overtime is approximately 10-20 hours per month. Due to shift work, overtime is generally rare. *During training (approximately 3 months), you will work weekdays only. *Shift work will include weekends, holidays, New Year's holidays, Golden Week, etc. |

■Required Experience/Skills ・1+ years of customer service experience (sales, customer service, etc.) *Long-term internship experience is acceptable for new graduates. ・IT literacy (basic Excel, PowerPoint, and Word operations + ability to independently research and use them) ・TOEIC score of 700 or higher ・Experience handling customer inquiries (regardless of industry) [For Foreign Nationals] ・Residents in Japan ・Only work visa renewals are accepted. [Experience] One or more of the following is required: ・Experience in corporate proposal sales ・Web marketing experience ・Account direction in the advertising industry ・Sales experience working with company representatives and decision makers ・Customer success experience in SaaS and IT solutions ・Customer support experience for tools and systems that require customization for each company ・Sales experience for intangible products that require ongoing customer follow-up after the contract is signed ・Corporate sales experience ■Preferred ・Data analysis and numerical management experience ・Team management/training experience ・Experience dealing with corporate clients |
