As a product expert, you will analyze the market from a global perspective and be responsible for everything from strategy planning to product planning and overall series management for I-PEX's connector series. Your mission will be to build a "sales system" that maximizes the value of our products, primarily targeting the consumer and automotive sectors.

Strategy Planning: Analyze global markets and competitors and develop mid- to long-term product strategies and roadmaps to maximize sales and profits for your products.

Product Planning: Develop new product concepts, conduct profitability analyses, and formulate sales plans based on market and customer needs.

Project Management: From new product development to release, you will drive the entire project, involving relevant internal departments (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, sales, etc.).

Sales Promotion: Responsible for all product marketing activities, including conducting sales training, creating technical materials and promotional tools, and managing web content.

Information Hub Function: Constantly share valuable product information, such as competitive intelligence and new technologies, with the entire organization, contributing to improving product knowledge.

Requirements		 ■MUST QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the connector or electronic components industry
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and project management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global environment
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
*Recommended TOEIC score of 750 or above, emphasis on reading and writing, and conversational level or above
- Skills in using MS Office and presentation tools
