*The official internal language is English. You will communicate with our overseas offices in Singapore and China in English, and with Japanese clients in Japanese. Job Summary: This position will primarily be responsible for managing all technical support for DPQ-related products in Japan. PQ: Power Quality (including single-phase and three-phase UPS, rack-mount PDU, and MDC (micro data center)) Responsibilities: • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and troubleshoot technical issues. • Respond to technical inquiries and proactively propose solutions. • Manage and support our certified partners and ASPs, maintaining high service quality and compliance with technical standards. • Serve as a liaison for technical issues and work with our internal team to drive resolution. • Streamline the RMA process and process returns and exchanges quickly and accurately. • Provide technical guidance and training to ASPs and partners as needed. • Visit customer sites and resolve issues on-site as needed. • Recommend product improvements to our design staff based on customer feedback. • Prepare proposals and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate products/services. |

| Job Requirements |
• Diploma or equivalent in technical related discipline. • 3+ years’ related experience with power and electrical products, experience and knowledge of UPS and rack-mount PDU would be an added advantage. • Technical Understanding. • Ability to effectively present information to customers • Good written and verbal communication skills • Building Relationships, People Skills, Customer Focus. • Closing Skills. • Professionalism. • Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken). |
