Job Description You will be responsible for creating a comfortable hotel and managing all aspects of hotel operations.
Initially, you will learn customer service, focusing on front desk duties.
In addition to customer service, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including various administrative tasks, event planning and proposals, and staff training and guidance.
We are looking for someone who will contribute their own ideas and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the hotel, helping to create a hotel that delights guests from all over the world.
Your job will be to create a one-of-a-kind hotel.

<Specific Duties>
- Front desk customer service duties such as reception and guidance
- Event planning and improvement proposals for hotel operations
- Data entry tasks, including responding to reviews
- Equipment inventory checks and ordering
- System entry tasks
- Staff training and guidance

Scope of duties: Duties determined by the company.

Working Hours Shift system (8 hours actual work, 1 hour break)
*There are night shifts about 3 to 5 days a month. Please see below for details.

Shift examples: 7:00-16:00, 14:00-23:00, 22:00-7:00, 23:00-8:00, etc.
Varies depending on the hotel and situation.

[Night shift] Depending on the staff and monthly shift situation, there are night shifts about 3 to 5 days a month. The percentage of night shifts is negotiable, but please refrain from applying if you cannot work night shifts at all. )

Overtime work: Yes
Expected overtime work hours: Average 10 hours or less/month
Due to the shift system, there is almost no overtime, but if there is a response around the end of working hours,
in some cases, you may be asked to work until the response is completed.
Overtime pay is paid in full separately

Requirements
■ Required Experience/Skills
- Work experience required (any industry or job type is acceptable, but customer service or sales experience is preferred)
- Language skills: Business-level English, Chinese, or Korean (conversation, email, etc.)
- Mastery of business etiquette (foreign nationals must have work experience in Japan)
- Experience in customer service, customer support, or other external roles is preferred. (This is not required, so if you are interested in a full-time position, please explain why you are applying for a hotel position.)
- Ability to work night shifts (up to 5 night shifts per month after becoming accustomed to the job)
*For foreign nationals, the following two additional requirements are required:
-Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 (able to independently interact with Japanese customers)

■Experience/Abilities
Hotel work experience preferred
Ability to communicate in multiple languages in addition to Japanese and English

Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 3500K - JPY 4000K   
Other Salary
Description
Base salary (example for initial hire grade): ¥240,000-¥260,000
*A 5% monthly advance severance payment will be provided in addition to the base salary above.

Monthly salary including advance severance payment: ¥252,000-¥273,000 (other allowances available)

Expected annual salary including bonuses: ¥370-¥4,000,000 (base salary + advance severance payment + twice-yearly bonus + 10 hours of overtime). Housing allowance, etc. (company regulations apply)
Bonuses: Available (twice-yearly, based on company performance)
Salary increases: Available (twice-yearly, based on individual performance and ability)
Complete social insurance coverage
Transportation expenses fully covered
Holidays Shift system (8-10 days off per month)
Annual holidays: 118 days
Paid vacation: 10 days granted from the date of joining (varies depending on month of joining)
