You will be responsible for project management for small- to medium-sized projects (PJs) ranging in value from several tens of millions to 120 million yen.
Our PMs' missions are as follows, and they play a core role essential to driving our business forward.

After joining the company, you will first become familiar with our project management and work knowledge in your area with the support of your supervisor. In addition to your supervisor's support, you will receive support from a mentor assigned by the "Project Management Competency" team, which leads overall project management across the organization, during your first year. We will assign you to projects of appropriate difficulty, taking into consideration your work experience and business knowledge at the time of hire. For example, you may be assigned as a potential leader for an existing maintenance project, or as a project leader or team leader for a project with a budget of approximately ¥120 million. In addition to routine tasks and incident response, our maintenance projects involve continuous business improvement. You will also deepen your understanding of the client's business, operations, external systems, and even system strategy, and then propose essential business and revenue improvements. This will enable you to acquire business knowledge and our company's project management style, which is seamless from upstream to downstream.

In addition, we are seeing an increase in projects that incorporate agile/scrum development and hybrid approaches in addition to waterfall development. We expect you to be able to select the optimal methodology for each project.
