✨ Opening March 2014! We're hiring a Western cuisine chef for a hot spring resort hotel! ✨ You'll be working as a Western cuisine chef at a newly opened resort hotel restaurant. This position will allow you to collaborate with the opening team to create new and exciting culinary experiences, using international cuisines like French and Italian. [Specific Duties] - Cooking French, Italian, and other Western dishes, and preparing ingredients - Kitchen cleaning and equipment management - Developing new seasonal menus, accounting, and managing costs - Planning and running events like wine pairing dinners and cooking demonstrations - Technical guidance and training for assistants - Collaborating with other departments, including the Japanese cuisine, dessert, and bar departments Key Points ✔ Scheduled to start work after December 2013 (you can join from the opening preparation stage!) ✔ Car commuting is OK, with all transportation expenses covered ✔ Employee dormitories are also being considered, making it convenient for those living far away. |
