[Job Description] You will be responsible for front-end development of our new product, "Narekan." Our users are primarily non-IT companies, and we aim to create a system that anyone can use intuitively. Development will be carried out with a focus on simplicity and ease of understanding. [Required Qualifications] ・Those who share our mission to "remove the stress of information sharing from non-IT companies around the world" ・2+ years of front-end development experience using React (or Next.js / Vue / Angular / TypeScript / JavaScript) ・Ability to explain architecture and specifications, including the reasons and background behind them ・Experience leading a project or team in implementing some kind of functionality ・Junior college or vocational school graduate or higher [Preferred Qualifications] ・Backend development experience ・Experience designing, developing, and operating a service from scratch ・Experience developing and maintaining in-house services [Desired Profile] ・Ability to work logically rather than emotionally ・Ability to respect others and build relationships by understanding their characteristics ・Ability to work as a team rather than individually to achieve goals ・Open to new challenges and able to express one's opinions |
