【Your Mission】 ・Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements for the OMS package solution implementation. ・Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement and optimization. ・Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams. ・Support design and participate in validation of the OMS package solution to ensure compliance with business needs. ・Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the project team for smooth implementation and transition. ・Participate in testing activities and assist in defining acceptance criteria. ・Provide guidance and support to end users during the post-implementation phase. ・Contribute to project governance by ensuring documentation of deliverables in line with hybrid methodology standards. 【Screening Process】 1st interview→2nd interview→3rd interview ※3rd interview will be separated into 2 parts(1st part with Amaris Senior Manager/consultant 2nd part with client) We'll ask you to answer following question in 1st interview： 1. | Job Requirements |
【Your profile】 ・Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with a focus on order management systems or trading operations. ・Strong understanding of security and trading operations and their implications on business processes. ・Proficiency in documenting requirements, process flows and use cases. ・Familiarity with both waterfall and Agile methodologies and ability to adapt to a hybrid model. ・Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. ・Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent is a plus. ・Previous experience in OMS package solution implementations is highly desirable. ・Fluent English. Japanese is a plus. ・You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. ・You are detail-oriented, structured, and capable of synthesizing complex information. |
