1. Job Description
As head of the accounting department, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and finance matters, business improvement, and department management.
- Oversee and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing operations
- Consolidated financial statements (if applicable)
- Budget preparation and budget/actual management
- Cash flow management and cash flow planning
- Tax return preparation (working with tax accountants)

5+ years of accounting experience at a publicly listed company or startup
Experience as a primary accountant for monthly and annual closings
Communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking, business level)

Experience managing overseas subsidiaries (emerging or developing countries preferred) or consolidated financial statements
Experience traveling overseas and providing local accounting support
Experience dealing with tax matters (especially international tax and transfer pricing)
Certified public accountant, tax accountant, or USCPA licensed
