This position involves conducting research, planning, and execution, with Rakuten Electricity customers' churn rate and customer satisfaction (NPS) as key performance indicators. [Job Description] - Quantitative and qualitative user analysis and surveys (Using behavioral data, Rakuten membership profiles, Rakuten Electricity contract data, and other survey data) - Regular data aggregation (Systematizing and executing NPS surveys and transactional user surveys) - Planning and developing user communication strategies (Planning improvements to customer pain and gain based on customer journeys and analysis results) [Organizational Structure] Consumer Services Group Number of employees: 2 Composition: Men and women in their 30s and 40s All positions are mid-career hires, and we welcome those with no experience in the energy industry. After joining Rakuten Group, Inc., candidates will be seconded to Rakuten Mobile, Inc. All energy business employees will be seconded to Rakuten after joining the parent company.
