| Job Description |
■This job involves supporting trainees in India. ■You will act as an interpreter (communicate language) and translator (communicate pronunciation). ■You will visit the trainees' homes and workplaces in Ibaraki Prefecture (Shimotsuma/Joso area). ■You will listen to them talk about their daily lives and give them advice. ■You will help them find housing and provide support with finding accommodation. |

■ Starting Salary: N1: ¥292,560, N2: ¥255,540, Other: ¥230,830 ■ Basic Monthly Salary: ¥187,000 ■ Qualification Allowance: N1: ¥50,000, N2: ¥20,000 ■ Overtime Allowance (for 30 hours): N1: ¥55,560, N2: ¥48,540, Other: ¥43,830 *Overtime pay over 30 hours is paid separately. ■ Salary Increase: Upon Promotion: Once per Year ■ Bonus: Upon Promotion: Twice per Year |
