As a member of Rakuten Group, Inc., you will be responsible for project management to promote the development of various IT environments at Rakuten Mobile, Inc. This will include request surveys, interviews with relevant parties, planning and management, and reaching consensus with stakeholders to ensure project success. [Job Description] [Project Support (Internal IT Consultation, Surveys, etc.)] - Planning, scheme creation, system development, and implementation from release - Project management and improvement [Data Analysis and Report Creation] - Data analysis using BI tools and Excel - Preparation of reports and presentation materials for management [Interdepartmental Coordination and Communication] - Promotion and support of collaboration with related departments - Support for implementing internal IT strategies and initiatives on the ground [Organizational Structure] The IT Governance Integration Department has just under 20 employees, and the CIO Office currently consists of one full-time employee and two contract workers. The organization is heavily recruited mid-career, with many employees with telecommunications experience as well as those new to the industry, creating a smooth transition for mid-career hires. [About the Department and Services] The IT Governance Integration Department's mission is to formulate IT strategies and governance to achieve Rakuten Mobile's strategic goals, and to optimize company-wide internal IT policies, processes, systems, and the internal IT environment that strengthens the company. The CIO Office leads the internal IT environment for Rakuten Mobile as a whole. To this end, they communicate not only with senior management but also with the entire organization, including those on the front lines, and listen to diverse opinions to contribute to business strategy, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risk. |
