Sales Execution: Drive the full sales cycle from specification to project closure, achieve sales goals, and utilize Salesforce CRM for efficient sales management. Industry & Internal Collaboration: Represent Lutron at industry events, collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and monitor market trends to shape strategies. |

<Requirements> ・Experience in B2B sales, preferably within building technologies, real estate development, or related industries. ・Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in both Japanese and English. ・Proven ability to hit sales targets and a desire to challenge oneself. ・Ability to travel domestically as required. <Preferred> ・Established professional network within Japan’s real estate or construction sectors. ・Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, considered an advantage. |
