- Business-level Japanese and English proficiency (approximately 75% English usage)
- Communication skills to carefully listen to and understand customer needs and requests
- Customer-centric approach
- High school graduate or higher
- A work visa is required for foreign nationals.

- Telephone operator or customer support experience preferred
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Interested in the IT industry
