| Job Description |
・Conduct regulatory research and assess legal risks in the U.S. and Asian jurisdictions (in collaboration with external counsel) ・Review, draft, and support negotiations of English-language contracts (sales agreements, license agreements, NDAs, etc.) ・Provide legal support and contract review for group companies and local partners, considering regional customs and practices. ・Organize domestic contracts and confirm business schemes as a foundation for international legal matters. ・Draft and review Japanese-language contracts. ・Handle day-to-day internal legal inquiries and FAQs (mainly from business units and international teams) |

To support this growth, we are seeking a Legal Counsel to lead our international legal matters, including contracts, regulatory research, and subsidiary support. While the role will be grounded in Japanese corporate legal practice, we welcome candidates who want to leverage their practical experience in English-language legal work and international operations, particularly in North America and Asia. |

| Job Requirements |
Must-Have： ・3–5 years of in-house legal experience ・Hands-on experience with English-language contracts (reviewing, drafting) ・Experience in researching and assessing legal risks under U.S. or Asian jurisdictions ・Business-level English and Japanese proficiency (reading/writing and daily email communication) Nice-to-Have: ・Experience as an expatriate or lead counsel for projects in North America or Asia ・Legal qualifications (Japan, U.S., or other jurisdictions) ・Experience in governance and internal policy development for overseas subsidiaries ・Practical experience with customs, product regulations, or international labeling requirements |
