General legal work within the Legal Department (Managerial Potential) This company operates an influencer marketing platform and provides marketing support primarily to domestic and international cosmetics and daily necessities manufacturers. We are seeking a legal specialist. ■Recruitment Background Currently, the company outsources most legal work to external lawyers, with only one contract employee focused on contracts. The company has recently launched its TikTok Shop, and is seeking a new hire to in-house legal work in preparation for business expansion. [Job Details] ■Corporate Legal - Support for the management of meetings such as general shareholders' meetings, board of directors meetings, and board of auditors, registration procedures, etc. - Compliance system development, internal rules management, intellectual property management ■Contract Legal - Drafting and reviewing business contracts, considering schemes, and supporting negotiations and other conclusions - Resolving business-related legal inquiries - Contract management You will also be involved in a wide range of business areas within the group, including contracts related to service provision and new business launches, and providing guidance and advice on legal issues. *Job assignments will be based on your experience, but we would like to start with contract legal work. *Contract drafting and legal consultations will be approximately 30-40 cases per month. [Organizational Structure] You will report directly to an executive, and there will be one contract employee in charge of legal affairs. As you are not an executive with a legal background, we expect you to exercise your own discretion and take the lead. We have an external lawyer available to consult with, so even working alone will provide a comfortable environment. As we move to in-house legal work, you will be able to proactively propose improvements where efficiency can be achieved and move projects forward while involving executives and those around you. [Work Environment] We have an open and flat organization, where the president works side by side with employees. We have a diverse team of professionals with diverse backgrounds, including technical experts with experience in the IT field, people with a background in television, and people with experience working overseas, especially in Asia. We discuss things thoroughly, neither top-down nor bottom-up. Once a conclusion is reached, all members share the same goal and work together as a team, making this an organization with active communication. |
