Job Description ◼︎Job Summary
Mico provides Mico Engage AI, a high-traffic enterprise SaaS used daily by major companies. We are currently recruiting core team members. In a rapidly growing startup environment, you will have the opportunity to personally refine our product and improve the user experience.

You will be proactively working on a wide range of challenges, including optimizing high-traffic systems, designing and developing new features using AI, and improving our real-time processing infrastructure. This position will allow you to work with lead engineers on development directly related to product growth, while also being involved in technical decision-making and standardization.

In addition, by collaborating with a multicultural and bilingual team, you will hone your skills in a global development environment, using both Japanese and English. ◼︎Major Responsibilities
As a full-stack development engineer, you will play a central role on the Mico Engage AI development team. Specifically, you will be involved in the following tasks:
- Stabilizing Mico Engage AI's delivery infrastructure. You will be responsible for developing infrastructure that enables stable delivery even for clients with a large number of users.
- New feature development: You will develop features to improve product value in line with the product roadmap.
- Customer request development: From among the requests that emerge from customer success activities, you will develop versatile features that are likely to be in high demand.
- Improvement activities: Respond to daily requests from new and existing customers, resolve product backlog items, improve UI/UX, and strengthen and promote DX (Developer eXperience).

Requirements		 [Required Requirements]
- 5+ years of experience in systems development
- Development experience using TypeScript and React
- Experience as a full-stack engineer (both front-end and back-end)
- Skills to independently complete the entire cycle from specification formulation to release
- 2+ years of code review experience
- Ability to implement test code to improve quality
- Experience in technology selection
- Business-level Japanese and English proficiency

[Preferred Requirements]
- 2+ years of experience leading development as a technical lead (team of 5 or more people)
- Ability to efficiently utilize AI to improve development speed and quality. Also, ability to organize and share knowledge on effective AI usage. - Experience developing Next.js
- Experience building CI/CD
- Experience building infrastructure (AWS-related, Docker, etc.)
