Job Description You will provide general information as a concierge at the Tourist Information Center and ticket counters inside Tobu Asakusa Station.

- Providing guidance to customers within the station (for both Japanese and foreign visitors)
- Providing information and sales for limited express tickets, transfer information, and tourist information at the information counter
- Inspecting limited express and passenger tickets on the limited express train platform (checking and handling)
- Supporting and announcing the purchase of limited express tickets from ticket vending machines
- Making announcements (in station announcements) (English text available in the manual)

You will also be tasked with other duties associated with a station concierge.

Requirements		 - Intermediate business level to native Japanese proficiency
(For foreign nationals, must be able to independently serve Japanese customers and operate ticket vending machines for train and express tickets written in kanji.)
- Computer literacy (basic email, Word, and Excel skills required)
- Experience in face-to-face customer service, such as in hotels or sales (inexperience required, negotiable)
- Strong communication skills
