This is a BizDev position to plan and promote collaboration schemes with creators and studios active on Roblox. Speaking both English and Japanese, you will be responsible for expanding GeekOut's business globally, working across areas such as investment, support, contracts, and alliances.

【Main Duties】
・Research, scout, negotiate, and conclude contracts with Roblox creators/studios
・Execute deals and build relationships in both English and Japanese
・Plan and develop investment and support schemes, design terms, and consider revenue models
・Post-support progress management, data analysis, and improvement proposals
・Promote collaborations and alliances with partner companies and communities around the world
・Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, report, and prepare materials (English and Japanese)

Requirements		 [MUST]
- 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, BizDev, sales planning, or business planning
- Business-level English (enough to negotiate with overseas partners)

- Understanding and interest in Roblox and the UGC space
