To manage multiple projects in parallel effectively, we urgently need to strengthen our project management system and expand our team with members capable of handling the full process, from planning to operation and optimization.

【Role Summary】
We are seeking a proposal-oriented Project Manager (PM) who can not only manage project progress but also define the "why," "what," and "how" of production. The ideal candidate will help us accelerate launches, streamline global collaboration, and create systems for continuous improvement and optimization across multiple projects.

・Lead multiple IP projects simultaneously.
・Accelerate global development and operations, requiring English communication skills.
・Design and implement systems for project improvement and optimization, beyond simply launching projects.
