◆ Experience using generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and self-study.
◆ 2+ years of backend engineering (Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, C#, PHP, etc.) knowledge and experience in server-side program development.
◆ Knowledge and experience in data model design using relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.) and efficient SQL.
◆ Ability to understand customer requirements and speed and quickly incorporate them into development.
◆ Ability to solve complex business challenges in collaboration with stakeholders such as customers, product managers, engineers, designers, and other vendors.
◆ Ability to take ownership of schedule coordination and design, and bring a product to release.
