Job Description This job involves dealing with foreign customers at a major rental company.
You will be required to respond to phone calls and emails in Indonesian!

Thorough on-the-job training! There will be training as well, and it's an environment where it's easy to ask questions!

1. Tenant support work (receiving calls, emails, etc.)

2. Translation work for various tools

3. Reception and referral work for apartment searches

4. Translation and updating of the website (FAQs, etc.)

5. Interpretation work with insurance companies, etc.

6. Responding to requests from other departments, etc. (QA system, etc.)

- Indonesian: Native level

- Japanese: Business level/able to input data in Japanese

- English: Daily conversation level or above

- Able to work on weekends, holidays, and long vacations
