Bilingual IT infrastructure engineer work ・User support ・Network and server operation and maintenance ・Help desk work [Job description] The following is an example of the many projects handled by the company Examples: ■On-site support for IT equipment (PCs and peripherals) ■In-conference device port and conference support ■Responding to IT-related questions from visiting users at a dedicated reception desk ■General network equipment construction (relocation, replacement) and operation ■Network construction, maintenance, and management associated with the opening/closing of overseas branches ■FW configuration/management for FortiGate, etc. ■Alarm monitoring using Zabbix, etc. |

Annual salary: 3.72 million to 6 million yen Monthly salary: 310,000 to 500,000 yen (including regional allowance for "Tokyo") + various allowances + overtime pay + incentive bonus (twice a year) *Incentive bonus If the contract amount with the customer is above a certain amount, an incentive bonus will be paid twice a year.
