Job Requirements |
[Requirements] - More than 1 year of help desk experience at a client's site - Active Directory account management experience - Mobile device support experience - Experience supporting conference systems such as Zoom Room and conference room equipment - English: Conversation is essential, business level or above - Experience using Helpdesk tools (incident track) - Experience providing support using remote support tools (Remote Desktop, etc.) - Purchasing-related work experience (hardware, licenses, etc.) 《Experience in the following tasks》 - Windows 10, 11 - M365, O365 - Troubleshooting desktop equipment (hardware, software) - PC and printer replacement, additional installation management - PC image restoration experience [Preferred] - Support experience in a retail business with multiple stores - Experience providing executive support - Project experience such as replacing all PCs - Experience leading a small team |
