As a technical leader in the backend/infrastructure field that supports PaaS services for new enterprise businesses, you will lead the development from zero to one.

Backend development of new PaaS services centered on document analysis engines (including API/infrastructure design and operation)

Design and build RAG data pipelines in a multi-cloud environment, and manage and operate customer data

Work with machine learning engineers and product managers to define resource requirements and API interfaces and promote development

You will be able to experience the domestic LLM development site, which is one of the largest in Japan, and the commercialization/service development of cutting-edge generative AI in one go.

Requirements		 ■ Required qualifications

Over 3 years of engineering experience

Python development experience

Service development/operation experience on AWS or Azure

■ Welcome qualifications

Master's or PhD in Computer Science

Experience in in-house development services for customers

Experience with ML experiments, model management, and pipeline construction using AWS

Experience with IaC using Terraform

Technical leader/experience in policy planning/execution

■ Desired profile
