■You will be in charge of taking reservations for hotels, relaxation and spa stores.
You will answer 170-180 inquiries a day, and enter data on customer reservations.
*We may also receive calls from overseas. In that case, it would be helpful if a Japanese staff member could translate simultaneously.
You don't need to speak accurate Japanese, just basic Japanese.

Requirements		 [Required requirements]
- If you are a foreign national, you must have a residence status (work visa) that allows you to work in Japan.
- Japanese level N4 or above (rather than the Japanese Language Proficiency Test standard, we are looking for someone who can actively communicate with customers and employees and be able to communicate with them.)
- English business level (You will be interacting with customers from overseas)
