Job Description You will manage the strategy, development, and operations for a consumer-facing web product supporting a high-volume loyalty platform. The role involves requirement gathering, stakeholder coordination, and execution of product roadmaps in an agile environment.


Description

* Define product vision and roadmap based on business goals and customer needs.
* Prioritize features and coordinate with stakeholders across departments.
* Translate business requirements into clear documentation and user stories.
* Collaborate with engineering and SRE teams to deliver and support features.
* Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure post-release follow-through.


Profile

* Proven experience in product or project management roles.
* Business-level English communication
* Technical literacy (e.g., Java, Python, React) and SDLC knowledge.
* Understanding of system architecture and cloud infrastructure.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
