Job Description [Job Overview]
You will be the leader of a bilingual engineer team made up of multinational personnel.

You will be in charge of the following 1. or 2. cases while communicating in both English and Japanese.

1. Managing on-site support cases
■Labor, quality, issue management, etc.
■On-site work, lectures to members

■On-site survey of network equipment for a certain major financial institution, equipment rack mounting/unmounting, cabling, etc.

2. Managing resident user support cases
Labor, quality, issue management, etc.

Requirements

■Experience working as a leader on operational projects
■Experience creating operational flows and work manuals
■Experience with any of the following operational projects
①Experience with equipment operation projects, mainly client devices: 3 years or more
②Experience with network equipment/server equipment operation projects: 2 years or more
③Experience with other operational projects related to IT infrastructure: 2 years or more
■English: Business level (telephone support, email, documents)

Expected annual income: 4.8 million yen to 6 million yen (monthly salary)

Monthly salary: 400,000 yen and up

*Overtime allowance will be paid separately.
