[Specific arrangement examples] ■Outbound general business [Responding to customer inquiries by email/creating itineraries and estimates (Japanese), purchasing from overseas (English), accompanying tours for golf tours to English-speaking countries several times a year] ■Inbound general business [Responding to customer inquiries by email/creating itineraries and estimates (English), arrangements (Japanese)/participating in golf tourism conventions overseas and domestically/attending to customers when they come to Japan, etc.] <Tour examples> Outbound: A trip to the holy land of golf that every golfer dreams of! We guide Japanese golfers overseas with tours such as "Masters viewing tour", "British Open viewing and golf tour", "Pebble Beach golf tour", and "LA Dodgers viewing tour".
