Job Description We are looking for a experienced Project Manager to lead global Agile teams in delivering complex payment gateway platform initiatives, while also acting as a Scrum Master to drive team collaboration and performance. This is an opportunity to manage strategic, cross-border projects at the heart of a large-scale payment infrastructure trusted across the Rakuten ecosystem.


Description

* Lead complex IT projects related to payment systems, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
* Manage full project lifecycle: scope, schedule, risk, budget, resources.
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for Agile teams in Japan, China, and India.
* Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles; remove blockers and promote team ownership.
* Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders globally.
* Coordinate across time zones with multicultural teams; foster alignment and transparency.
* Maintain project documentation and generate detailed status reports.


Profile

* Experience as Project Manager in IT; strong delivery record.
* Scrum Master experience with proven Agile implementation success.
* Experienced in leading offshore and cross-cultural teams.
* Solid understanding of SDLC and software development projects.
* Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
* Excellent English communication, problem-solving, and team leadership.
