Job Description - Environmental Due Diligence Services: We conduct investigations and quantitative assessments regarding compliance with environmental laws and regulations, as well as matters that may constitute environmental liabilities (such as soil and groundwater contamination, PCBs, asbestos, etc.) in conjunction with M&A (mergers and acquisitions).
