| Job Description |
A global private investment company is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial reporting, support regional finance operations, and manage key financial processes. This is a hybrid role. Responsibilities: * Report to the Asia Controller and collaborate with regional teams for reporting and month-end processes * Partner with local HR, Compliance, PE Finance, and EA teams to provide finance support and re-engineer processes * Review and manage recharges, cost allocations, and liquidity for headquarters and business units * Conduct T&E and general AP reviews * Provide basic support for Workday functions, including EA delegation and project code advice * Support quarterly finance townhall and local user education initiatives * Manage banking relationships and coordinate with local accounting vendors * Oversee local statutory filings and audits Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above * More than 5 years of post-qualification experience * Experience in corporate finance is preferred * Excellent interpersonal communications skills * Possess valid CPA qualification |
