A global food manufacturer is looking for a Supply Planner. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end supply planning, purchasing, and import coordination. Responsibilities: * Execute supply planning, purchasing, and import operations for assigned product portfolio * Review demand forecasts and propose order templates aligned with supply policy * Manage overseas supplier communications and order tracking, including PSI updates * Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for import clearance * Align inbound schedules with 3PL partners * Monitor and manage inventory to prevent excess, obsolescence, and stockouts Requirements: * More than 5 years of professional experience * Experience with overseas manufacturer for production or shipment * Proficient in MS Excel (VBA is ideal) * Professional level Japanese; business level written and verbal English |
