A global insurance company is looking for a Manager for Investments and Finance. The selected candidate will provide legal advisory services and support investment and financial activities. This is a hybrid role. Responsibilities: * Provide legal advisory services for investment and financial activities * Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for securities, real estate, alternative investments, and hedge transactions * Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for cash management, reinsurance, and financial transactions * Participate in local, regional, and global initiatives related to investments and finance * Liaise with legal teams in the U.S. and affiliated asset management companies in Japan and the U.S. * Attend business meetings and collaborate with various lines of business, including Investments and Finance Requirements: * More than 5 years of experience in financial institutions (banks, investment banks, insurance companies, etc.) or law firms, serving financial institutions as clients * Experience handling transaction matters (structured finance, real estate investments, alternative investments, or derivatives) * Possess valid Japanese or overseas lawyer qualification * Native level Japanese; business level reading and written English Benefits: * Flexitime |
