| Job Description |
A renowned mechanical components manufacturer is looking for an OES Aftermarket Sales professional. The selected candidate will manage sales, pricing, inventory, and marketing for spare parts. Responsibilities: * Oversee budgets, sales, and profit margins for spare parts * Negotiate pricing, delivery, and supply limits with customers and internal teams * Manage quotations, price revisions, and related documentation * Develop and adjust annual and long-term budget plans * Optimise inventory and reduce excess stock * Handle customer product complaints and drive brand awareness initiatives Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above * Experience in sales, development, or purchasing of tangible products in the automotive industry * Prior experience in sales, development, or purchasing of mechanical parts * Proven experience in sales management is preferred * Background in SAP language is a plus * Proficient n MS Office Suite * Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 600+) |
