Job Description A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a QA Operations Manager / Site QA Manager to support quality operations related to external manufacturing and product distribution in Japan. The role offers cross-functional collaboration and meaningful work within a growing and stable organization.


Description

* Oversee QA activities for external manufacturing and distribution
* Review and support key quality documentation and compliance processes
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality standards
* Contribute to improvement projects and regulatory support as needed


Profile

* QA experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
* Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing external partners
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in Japanese
