Job Description Execute quality and sustainability management tasks and support team members. This includes document creation, meeting management, report writing, presentations, training, site visits, etc.

・Execute air cargo security tasks (related to "designated shippers" and "certified agents")
・Register new and renewed designated shippers (including meetings, audits, evaluations, and application procedures)
・Interact with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and internal and external stakeholders
・Implement education and training
・Support quality (ISO and risk assessment) tasks
・Support the IMS (Integrated Management System) committee and ISO certified sites
・Implement risk assessments in offices and warehouses
・Respond to customer inquiries about quality and sustainability
・Promote temporary quality and sustainability related activities
(Scope of change) Other tasks as determined by the company

Requirements
