Will work closely with APAC and internal stakeholders amongst our wholesale and retail channels to develop training programs and plans based on business priorities and strategies. Description - Material creation (if no prior existing contents from Corporate exist) - Lead execution of training - Facilitating and monitoring training platform - Gathering feedback from the learners and analyses the effectiveness of training solutions - Managing projects and evaluating results Profile - Business level of English and Japanese - Experience in training/L&D - Project management experience - Experience in people management and/or team support is desired - Good using numbers/data (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Job Offer - Flexible working style - International environment - Great career path; expand in HR or Sales Training - Overseas report line, opportunity to utilise both English and Japanese To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
