Job Description This position is for a Retail Sales Head who is driven and can lead the sales team towards achieving the company's sales objectives in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.


Description

* Lead and manage the retail sales team.
* Develop sales strategies in line with corporate objectives.
* Drive the team towards achieving sales targets.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key clients.
* Implement and manage sales forecasting and planning processes.
* Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
* Ensure the team's compliance with the company's policies and guidelines.


Profile

A successful Retail Sales Head should have:

* A strong educational background in Sales, Business, or a related field - experience either B2B or B2C experience
* Proven experience in retail B2C channel such as home centers & pro-shop
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Strong analytic skills with a problem-solving attitude.
* A customer-oriented mindset with a drive for results.
