~~~~Company Characteristics~~~~ ◆Provides Sakura Mobile & Sakura Fiber Internet, a communication service for foreigners visiting Japan ◆Most of the members are foreign nationals and have overseas experience, creating a company culture where opinions can be exchanged freely ◆Currently, business is expanding rapidly due to inbound tourism! ～～～～～～～～～～～～～ ◎Mission [Fast-growing venture company/Relieving communication inconveniences for people crossing borders] ◎Job content ・Provide communication services to foreigners visiting and residing in Japan under the brand name "Sakura Mobile" ・You will be responsible for planning and managing web marketing ・Even if you have no experience, we welcome those who want to try English x web marketing ◎Job details ■ Advertising operation/performance management ・Check the operation status and analyze the effectiveness of Google Ads/Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) ・Identify the cause of poor performance and plan improvement measures ・Direct and manage progress for internal staff ■ Content marketing (blogs for English-speaking countries) ・Measure the performance of blog articles by foreign staff ・Suggest article improvements and select themes from an SEO perspective ・Improve content quality based on internal and external feedback ■ Data analysis/report creation ・Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, Ahrefs, Microsoft Access analysis using Clarity, etc. - Visualization of user behavior and inflow routes, proposals for improving CVR - Creation of monthly KPI reports and sharing within the company ■ Team structure and external collaboration - Collaboration with 3 in-house members (2 foreign nationals, 1 Japanese) - All advertising operations and content creation are done in-house (no outsourcing to agencies, etc.) - Part of the strategy planning is carried out in collaboration with external consulting companies and with their advice |
