| Job Description |
This position is for a Technical Business Manager in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry who will oversee our ingredients sales department at our Kyobashi location. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical knowledge. Description * Develop and implement effective sales strategies * Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets * Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts * Negotiate and close agreements with large customers * Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements * Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts * Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board * Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities Profile A successful Technical Business Manager should have: * Proven work experience as a Technical Sales in Hydrocolloid * Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills * Strong communication * Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude * Availability to travel as needed * Experience in R&D for Food/Beverage Ingredients is a plus Job Offer * Competitive salary range of around 8,200,000 to 10,800,000 JPY per annum * Comprehensive health insurance and benefits * An inclusive and supportive company culture * Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement * Chance to work in a global, large-scale organization in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry Don't miss this exciting opportunity to grow your career in a rewarding and dynamic field.
