| Job Description |
We are looking for a manager to lead the establishment of an operating system for our container hotel division. You will be responsible for establishing an efficient and sustainable operating system for new and existing hotel operations, and will play an important role in improving brand value. Working in cooperation with each department, you will work to optimize and standardize operations and establish business flows, aiming to maximize guest satisfaction. [Major duties] ■ Establishment and management of hotel management system ・Overall management and standardization of operations in multi-store operations ・Formulation and standardization of hotel management flow and business processes ・Personnel allocation planning and team building ・Improvement of service quality and operation ・Planning and implementation of measures to improve customer satisfaction ・Oversight of each department such as front desk, housekeeping, F&B, etc. [Other duties] ■ Revenue management and cost control ・Proposal of measures to manage revenue and reduce costs in multiple stores ・Budget creation and management, formulation of cost optimization strategies ・Planning measures to improve occupancy rate and ADR (average daily rate) ・Promotion of profit margin improvement through business efficiency ■ Strategy planning and marketing support ・Strategy formulation based on competitive analysis and market research ・Formulation and implementation of branding strategy ・Promotion of customer attraction measures using SNS and OTA (online travel agency) ■ Coordination and negotiation with related parties ・Strengthening cooperation with external partners (cleaning, facilities, IT vendors, etc.) ・Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations |
