| Job Description | Job Responsibilities:Oversee accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, inventory management, and related activities.Develop, implement, and maintain company financial accounting policies and systems in compliance with generally accepted accounting standards.Meet the group’s monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing requirements in HFM and prepare other related closing reports.Prepare and file all required tax returns, including VAT and corporate income tax, while leading responses to tax authorities on queries or audits.Manage treasury functions, such as cash management, banking relationships, communication with Group treasury, and cash flow management.Ensure compliance with the Group’s Risk and Control Matrix (RACM) guidelines, with a process in place for continuous monitoring and improvement of internal controls.Handle all HR functions, including payroll processing and recruitment. |

| Job Requirements |
Qualifications:Certified/licensed accountant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting in Japan.Proficient knowledge of IFRS and Japanese tax regulations.Strong background in core accounting practices and internal controls.Fluency in Japanese and effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal).Experience with Microsoft AX, SAP, and HFM is highly advantageous. |
