| Job Description |
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting data by reviewing and verifying entries made by accountants and part-time staff, and by managing the reliability of financial statements and systems such as refunding and sales invoicing. Support tax accounting, annual audits, and the maintenance of internal controls, including SAP compliance, while ensuring that invoices sent to merchants are accurate and appropriate. Description * Maintain the existence, completeness, and accuracy of accounting data. * Review and check entries that Accountants and part time staff entered to ensure journal. * Make sure financial statements are all correctly stated and entries are accurate. * Manage the reliability and validity of accounting data in the system, including the refunding system and sales invoicing system before generating sales invoices and merchant commission reports to the merchants. * Make sure invoices sent to merchants are accurate and appropriate.
