Job Description *

As a Product Manager, you will lead the launch of an innovative new modality therapy to treat rare neurological diseases in Japan, driving strategy and execution in a growing biotech company. This is a rare opportunity to shape the market introduction of a first-in-class treatment.


Description

* Lead the product launch strategy and execution for a first-in-class therapy in Japan.
* Collaborate with medical, regulatory, and market access teams to ensure seamless market entry.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product differentiation.
* Engage with KOLs, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups to build strong networks.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adapt strategies.
* Manage product forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking for a successful launch.


Profile

*

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Experience with product launches is highly desirable. You should have strong collaboration skills, a keen understanding of rare diseases or specialty care, and fluency in Japanese. Business-level English proficiency is a plus, and an entrepreneurial mindset will help you thrive in this innovative environment.
