[Overview of business and organizational structure] The Corporate IT and Digital Division is responsible for the internal DX (transformation of the company itself) of the three DXs in our management strategy. The IT Strategy Planning Group of the Management Systems Division is responsible for planning the internal DX strategy/governance to achieve our group's management strategy. The main duties are as follows. - Public relations and communication both inside and outside the company to promote internal DX - Planning of internal DX measures that contribute to the management efficiency, corporate value improvement, compliance, and risk reduction of our group - Research and knowledge management of internal and external information required for planning and drafting internal DX strategies and measures - Collaboration with business divisions to give back knowledge gained from the implementation of internal DX measures to our customers [Job description] You will plan, create, and execute communication strategies and specific content for internal and external parties regarding corporate transformation (CX) activities and messages from the head of the CX department. Job Requirements |
[MUST] -Communication work experience: 7-10 years (either corporate PR or agency work is acceptable) -Ability to design 360-degree communication -Ability to develop optimal messages for each target group for both internal and external audiences and article development according to the medium of transmission -Ability to draw out and organize executives' thoughts and develop speech manuscripts, messages, and presentation materials -Experience in producing online articles, printed materials such as posters and booklets, videos, etc. -Experience in planning and executing internal online events using digital tools such as Zoom/Teams [WANT] -Planning and executing communication campaigns using digital and social media -Ability to design surveys such as opinion polls and analyze the results -Experience in internal communication with overseas employees, business-level English skills -Management of employee community activities, etc. -Practical experience in crisis management communication response when an incident occurs |
