[What kind of work will you do?] 1. Understand our business strategy and goals, and recruit the necessary talent through formulating and executing a recruitment plan. 2. Work to improve our recruitment process to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment activities. 4. Take a strategic approach to recruit more diverse talent, such as holding market research and recruitment events and using social media. 5. Contribute to human resource development, such as new employee training and evaluation systems after joining the company, and work to improve team member motivation and retention rates. 6. Increase organizational flexibility through arranging employee transfers and transfers. 7. We expect to expand our customer base as we continue to update our product significantly. The recruiter will be required to hire new talent, expand the team, and contribute to the growth of the organization. You will contribute to the success of our recruitment strategy by improving the recruitment process and formulating and executing a recruitment plan. |
Job Requirements |
[Required] 1. Possess business skills and the ability to develop and implement an excellent recruitment process. 2. Must have the ability to develop, promote, and market awareness campaigns. 3. Experience in improving the recruitment process. 4. Familiar with job postings, social media, and other promotional activities. 5. Experience in on-site recruitment and information gathering. 6. Ability to maintain good relationships as a buyer and realize an accurate and fast recruitment process. 7. Must have insight into future needs and the ability to research. 8. Ability to check and discover the latest recruitment information on the job market, career sites, and more. 9. Must have native-level Japanese, but can also use English or Chinese for business purposes. [Preferred] - Experience working in an IT/consulting company - Experience in HR work other than recruitment (regardless of area, such as HR planning, labor, payroll, overseas HR, etc.) - Experience in negotiating and reporting to higher-ups in the department - Experience in planning and executing recruitment strategies for a company with less than 100 employees |
